Editor’s take

Five teardowns in, and Resend's the first whose hero actually works. “Email API, got it fast” — Sarah. “Mailgun with React vibes” — Alex. They got it. Score: 6/10, highest in the set. But all five hesitated for the same downstream reason: where is pricing? “Pricing” is a nav link with no inline numbers, and four lurkers scrolled twice without finding any.

Marcus pointed at the bigger miss: “Battle-tested infrastructure” with no deliverability rate. For an email API, that's the only number that matters. Resend has the page — it just hid the receipts.
